Heritage Apartments

me to coordinate my schedule better with the upstairs neighbors. (Because the water heater is located on the third floor and supplies the other two floors below) Three apartments were without hot water until they replaced it half a week later. Mold was growing in the bathroom and it was just mudded over, the mold is still there. The exterior concrete stairs are constantly falling apart and their most recent fix took two weeks longer to complete than they said it would. Clean checks here are a joke. If you want a clean apartment you need to clean it yourself because they don’t hold your roommates accountable with rechecks. The parking lot is awful and I have been dinged and scratched multiple times. My new front bumper cover just got cracked again. They won’t fix potholes for months either. During the winter, ice will form on the inside of the windows and cold air comes in through the cracks around the window. I have asked repeatedly for the caulk to be replaced but when they come to fix it, only sections have been redone and others have just been caulked over the old caulk.

we were able to little push on the wall and our finger would leave a dent in the wall. I would suggest a nicer apartment that is a little more of a walk to campus.

carpets are also due to be replaced.

price is worth it, especially when comparing it to apartments in any other town. But there is 'nicer' places in Rexburg, just not close to campus and not with the same kind of people.

encouraged to participate in and it was epic! The only issues were: a little bit of mold in the bathrooms but that was bearable and now they are raising the price!
