The La Jolla management is always very friendly and responsive. The ward is also wonderful and all the people in the complex want to serve and love others. The apartments are very cozy though the bathrooms are a bit small. The only reason I’m moving is because all my classes
will be at the STC which is across campus. I’d recommend this apartment complex to others for sure!

I’ve been here for 4 semesters and in that time, there has been 3 different managers. With the changing of managers comes many changes with how things are done. We don’t do as many activities as we once did. Overall though La Jolla is a homey and clean place to
live. The ward is fantastic and the apartment is close to campus.

La Jolla is a great place to live! Management is awesome and the ward is fun. My only complaint is that there isn’t much storage space, and one fridge for 6 girls isn’t quite enough.

La Jolla Management has demonstrated a lack of organization and poor management practices. They fail to adequately support students, often charging late fees without prior notification and making students feel undervalued. Additionally, they do not make an effort to get to know the students or plan activities for them. They
say they would help you but don’t. I strongly advise avoiding Redstone Apartments and La Jolla.

Maintenance is questionable. The request was handled promptly (unclogging the shower) but the shower was left with lots of gunk and chunks stuck to it and the wall next to the trash can had hair and chunks caked on, I’m assuming that happened as they threw the hair chunks in
the trash. The maintenance itself was good, but the bathroom was left really messy and I would appreciate a little more clean up.
