Amenities are great, but it’s kind of far from Campus. The staff is really nice but they are hard to communicate with when they aren’t face to face. They don’t give straight answers and aren’t very upfront with their residents. The apartment is really nice but expect to clean it

yourself when you move in. The bathroom was awful and the kitchen wasn’t much better. One amazing thing about The Gates is when you put in a maintenance request it gets done and they get it done fast.

It's fine, the managers and staff are cool. My key didn't work for the first 5 days and then I got it fixed finally. They responded slow and the app for maintenance request didn't work the first three weeks. Otherwise I like the people who stay here and they place

I love the gates! The amenities are the best out of any student housing near BYUI and always available. Hot tubs can be scary and gross but at the gates they’re always clean and fun to use! The management is super nice and easy to communicate with and very accommodating

to individual needs!

I had a fantastic experience living at The Gates Apartments. The management team are incredibly welcoming and always available to assist with any questions. The apartments are well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities that made my stay very comfortable. Being close to BYU-Idaho and local shops made it very convenient for

both my studies and day-to-day activities. The community environment is friendly and quiet, perfect for students. I also appreciated the well-kept common area. Overall, I highly recommend The Gates Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Rexburg. The combination of excellent management, prime location, and quality living spaces made my experience truly enjoyable.

My experience at The Gates has been absolutely incredible. Management has been great and has always communicated promptly and clearly! I would highly recommend staying here. The ward is great and there are lots of fun activities planned. These activities use the many great amenities that you can’t find anywhere

in rexburg. Feel free to reach out and they will be willing to help you with any of your questions. You will not regret it!

Would not live here again, Overpriced, Inconvenient location
The gates used to be a really good place to live but they’ve raised their prices so much and I don’t think it’s worth living there anymore. They scammed all the resident of $50 we used to pay for cleaning then announced they would be doing white glove and didn’t

give us the money back.

My apartment was not clean when I moved in false semester and I told them and

they would not clean it which doesn’t make sense if they enforce white glove so much someone should’ve come by to clean the apartment before we had moved in.
