I moved out here 2 years ago, and I haven’t got my deposit back yet. I called, and visited the office many times, but they always ended up saying “Let me check with the manager, and we’ll get you back soon”. And just don’t give me any updates. They take advantage of

international students who don’t really know about things in US and taking money from them. Good business. And be careful for those who thinking of getting into lane as an international student. You have to live in this place for a year at least.

In my year here, I've found titan court to be a wonderful place to live, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a modern, comfortable, and community-oriented home.

My roommates and I have really enjoyed living at Titan Court so far! As UO students the distance is sometimes inconvenient, but the location next to Eugene Station makes for easy bus rides. The apartments themselves are nice, the rooms are big enough. We have had a few maintenance issues

with the dishwasher, but other issues have been solved quicker. The complex has lots of fun activities and giveaways that make the community enjoyable, and we’ve always experienced kindness from the helpful staff. The free parking is one of the best benefits, and the rates are very affordable and practical!

I lived in an apartment that was fairly clean. However, the fridge made a constant noise and the microwave was filthy, to a point where you could not see through the microwave door. I asked the management if they could fix it and they did. The service they provide is

excellent for the time that I’ve been there. My bathroom sink has clogged a few times and they’ve fixed it each time which I’m grateful for. So as an international student I’m happy to have stayed there for the time being. However, I do wish they could do some renovations and upgrade the layout of the apartments; make it more modern. The cost to stay at Titan court is reasonable. I would recommend the staff of Titan court to look at the reviews and do changes based on peoples reviews. Good place to stay at.
