Don't let all the positive rule fool you. The apartments are set up nicely for students. Location is good. Management is terrible. As a parent, dealing with Book & Ladder has been a terrible experience. It kinda pricey to get such terrible service. If
my kid had not graduated, I would not have renewed. There are better options.

My friends and I toured Campus Walk last week and we loved it. The property was really nice and well kept. The staff were incredible. They were all really friendly, especially Addie who was super helpful throughout the whole experience. She answered all of the questions that we had. We
will definitely be considering Campus Walk for housing next fall.

I have lived at Campus Walk since the Fall 2023 semester. I was really nervous to go live in a new place away from home, but the staff here made the transition so easy. They are so nice and welcoming, and they’re really great at accommodating needs. When I hurt
my ankle in February, they really helped me out a lot, and were so patient with me. If there are any apartment needs they are good at helping residents with that too. It helps that there’s a sweet, well behaved pup that welcomes you too:) Thanks Campus Walk!

I am been living at campus walk for 2 semesters now and will be renewing to live here next year as well! My experience has been great with the distance from Chico State, but as well the apartment includes everything we need from the appliances to parking. As a bonus
the front desk staff is always super helpful and kind while always making sure all our needs are met!

I have been living at Campus Walk for 2 years now and it's been great. The office staff are super friendly and always available to help. I also love how it comes furnished, so you don't have to worry about bringing any big couches or bed frames. The apartments are
also very nice and I've really enjoyed having my own bathroom with a walk-in closet. Overall, its been very nice living here and would recommend it!
