The person that is now the "fixer" or handyman is named Victor. He always (!) kind, on time and great at what he does. He even brought me beef jerky yesterday when checking on a repair that was done. Just a lovely man all the way around.

Very corrupt management company, potential renters be aware, if they want you out they will do whatever it takes....even take you to court to evict you on the grounds of not paying rent..even with proof you paid, they will still win! You reap what you sow..maybe not today, or
tomorrow...but there is no escaping! It will catch up with them! No one is exempt! I know you are reading this...you know who you are and what you did! You'll find out I'm sure one day that it wasn't worth it!

We really appreciate the safe and friendly environment of the apartment complex community! Victor is always on it when we need repairs, he’s always super friendly and helpful!

From before the day we moved in we knew this place would be a major upgrade from our old apartments! The apartment manager Lorraine Thibodeau is extremely helpful, commuicable, outgoing for residents or potential residents and offers a safe, friendly environment for all! I would definitely recommend
