I have lived here at the foothill Manor for over 4 years now and I want to say if you rent with Sarah Hayes you will be taken care of and all your needs will be done way before you expect it. She is a great manager and is very
nice to talk with. Her door has always been open if had any problems and took care even if it wasn't a management job duty she still was there to listen. She will be very missed and I personally am sad she has to go 😭 Good luck in your future you deserve the best. Still say you need a raise 😇🫂

Big townhome units. Nice and quiet complex. New management has taken over and they're fantastic. If you reach out to them, they will actually get back to you in a timely manner. Can't go wrong renting here!

Absolutely a nightmare working with Sara and Cy Properties. Place was INFESTED with cockroaches, everything is super outdated. They did the least amount of work to get our place ready. Don’t try calling them because they won’t pick up the phone. Every time we got lucky enough to get in
contact, they would give us the run around and not give any straight forward answers. Save yourself the headache and look at literally any other properties in this price range , it’s guaranteed to be nicer and the people might actually like doing their job.

My partner and I moved in over the weekend and the process has been nothing but smooth. The property manager, Sara, is so sweet and made sure the entire move in process went well. The communication is very thorough and the maintenance requests are speedy! The neighborhood is quaint and
perfect for our little family. I would recommend this place to anyone! Such an upgrade from our previous apartment!
