Love The Landing! The property is unique, welcoming and the facilities are always clean. The student events are always fun. The apartments are clean and up to date. This is the best place to live in Rexburg! I also love that this particular apartment complex attracts a high caliber student

and every one is kind and welcoming to all. Management is always helpful and easy to access. You can tell the whole staff loves the tenants and work hard to create a positive environment for all.

This is the best Apartment complex in Rexburg! It is a great location, great price for the amenities and attracts great people! The best part is the management! They are always helpful, easy to reach and really go above and beyond to help with what you need! Especially when you

are states away from your kids and you need something, they are people you can trust! I have 2 kids that have lived here over a total of 5 years and one that is currently there! We love The Landing and all it offers!

The Landing is a really nice place to live, good construction quality and lots of space. In my apartment (1106 Men's Side) there was a decent size gap under the front door that let in a lot of cold air during the winter months, but it's nothing a blanket in

front of the door couldn't solve. They have trash pickup, which was really nice and convenient, you just leave it by the front door and they come and pick it up. All the staff there were super friendly, shuttle drivers easy to talk to and get along with. It's not the most social place, they host a few events but not too many, for me it was the right balance. The reason I am only rating it 3 stars is the price. Before I left the price was hiked up $200, and I just can't imagine paying close to $2000 for 3 months somewhere in Rexburg, Idaho of all places, and this is coming from someone from California lmao. Overall nice place to live if you have the money, but there are better value for money options out there.

The Landing is a great place to live! The staff are friendly and go above and beyond for their tenants. The apartments are clean and well kept. I love that they provide a shuttle service up to campus. Definitely the best single student housing in Rexburg !!
