got bored so i’m reviewing all the apartments I’ve lived in.
i lived at cedars from april 2022-july 2023 and absolutely loved it. although the price tag was pretty hefty, i believe it was worth the cost of rent. (the price has significantly gone up in just the past year, honestly
too pricey now) there are 3 bathrooms in each apartment which is so nice and so rare in student housing. the apartments themselves are really well taken care of. they are very spacious and pretty modern looking. the complex has hot tubs, hammocks, a basketball court, and so much more. the ward on the first floor was awesome. super social apartment complex overall. i would recommend living here if you can afford it.

I lived here for three semesters and one summer. I never once had any issues with management. They were always friendly and very understanding when it came to disputes with roommates and listening to other general issues and complaints. I definitely recommend this housing if you’re looking into women’s singles

Rooms were nice, but management was such a headache. They never updated us on when to re-sign a contract, and ended up kicking me out for freshmen? There was no communication to their current residents about any kinds or deals or how the complex worked.

Spacious and everything works. Washer and dryer! Two fridges! Really nice big bathtub. The only complaint I have is that sometimes they come in to do things without warning us and will just walk in. The maintenance man comes right away and fixes any problems immediately. The front desk lady
is very kind. This is the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. Compared to my one in Provo it is so much nicer and it's the same price. The waitlist is long so if you want to live here I recommend you get on it right away.

Madi at the front desk has made this experience wonderful for our daughter. She has been so kind and thoughtful. Five stars for sure!
