I've lived all over Rexburg, and learned many things about apartments. The Abri apartment complex is the best out of the 4 I've lived in. It's nice, and definitely worth the price. You get what you pay for, and I enjoy the location as well.

Management was great up until Malissa left. I like how we are a little away from campus for a more peaceful experience. I like the ward I’m in and people here are super nice.

Abrí is great if you don’t mind being a bit further from campus but like to live in a more luxurious apartment. The parking spaces are a bit weird though and the new management transition has had its moments that require patience. The people are all generally nice and don’t

bother you too much either. It feels like a safe place to live too.

Management is good, the transition from our old manager has been a bit underwhelming at times.

It seems sometimes our concerns are overlooked since their “hands are tied” in some situations, which didn’t use to happen. When it comes to pricing, they don’t make it super easy to understand why extra charges seem to pop up each semester. But, they generally try to stay on top of it and give us warnings of things coming up, which is nice. And they are nice girls.

When I first moved in the apartment it was really messy and there were dead flies

everywhere. It didn’t seem like it was cleaned before I moved in. I also wish there was a pantry for food. Other than those I’ve been happy here!

I love living at the Abri. The management is very well run, and you can tell they care about the residents. I also think the quality of the apartments are super nice, one of the newer places in Rexburg. I also think that the idea of having your own washer

and dryer in the unit is super convenient. They also do a lot of activities to show their appreciation for their residents.

It’s been pretty nice, my roommate is pretty annoying but that’s not the management’s fault, I’d say it’s a good place to live for the price but I probably won’t be staying next semester

I've lived here multiple semesters after moving around apartments and truly this is the best place on campus I've ever been in. The apartments are spacious, the management is super nice and on top of things. Parking honestly could be a bit better but other than that it really is

a great complex, basically everything you can think of is on premises.

I have loved at the abri for 2.5 years and for almost all of my schooling at byui. The abri and I have had our ups and downs between roommates, management and amenities but overall I have been very pleased with these apartments. For their price and what you get

with the apartment quality it’s pretty darn good. Price has gone up over the years which sucks but so has the prices of most other things. I don’t live at the abri for amenities. If amenities are your thing, this isn’t the place for you. I live her for the quality of the apartment, and generally down to Earth cool people that live here.

Apartments are very clean. Plenty of space, especially in the deluxe. Tv and Roku are very

nice couches aren’t the comfiest but they are good enough. Beds are pretty standard byui housing beds. Kitchen is up to date and feels new.

Love all the events they do and treats. Not many amenities compared to most places in town though! Wish parking was a bit better and that they took care of the grassy areas better. People do not clean up after their animals

Apartments were disgusting when moved in. Dead flies, trash everywhere, clogged sinks and toilets, smelled bad.

Clean checks at end of semester were ruthless though so very interesting. Elevator is always breaking and has gone two weeks without working at times.

It’s a nice place to live. Parking is sometimes a bit rough but overall easy to manage. And stuff gets fixed very quickly here, just gotta submit a maintenance request.
