the correct phone number they are always "out for lunch" and will have you leave a voicemail, i understand their has been new management and maybe they are getting settled in to the new job but it's not that difficult to at least answer phone calls in a timely manner. Definitely would suggest looking literally anywhere else for housing.

and the overall community has taken a hit. We are glad to have now moved on from there. I rate Foothill Manor as 2 stars because personally, I had decent rapport with Sara (current on-site manager) and the one major maintenance issue we had was resolved the same day (after some effort/arguing on my part). If it wasn't for this, I would have had to rate Foothill at 1 star. I won't go into detail here, but **please ensure you know your rights as a tenant upon moving out.** The California Department of Real Estate has a publicly available PDF that is worth the time to read: "California Tenants: A Guide to Residential Tenants’ and Landlords’ Rights and Responsibilities"
