5 stars are for the awesome manager Brandon. He is a rockstar and is always so helpful and excited to work with me. He definitely deserves a ton of kudos for being so awesome while managing such an awful property. I lived here for 10 years (mostly because I was
traveling for work and it was cheap). During my tenure, getting things repaired or replaced was like pulling teeth. If they could put a bandaid on something without actually fixing it then that's what would happen. It wasn't until Brandon became the manager that things finally started getting done. I'd avoid Warner Studios like the plague. Thanks for making things so much better though Brandon!

I lived at Warner Studios from 10/2020 -01/2024. Brandon was very attentive, helpful, and kind. He was also very resourceful and patient with everyone. Brandon has a gentle disposition and smiles with all. Thank you, Brandon! The apartment itself was small but functional. The property owners made prompt maintenance repairs
and the location was mostly quiet. I had a wonderful time living here.

I lived here for 1 year and Brandon was so helpful and very approachable. Maintenance and request were done in a short span of time. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends :)

5 stars like a Ramsey hotel. Having Brandon as a the building manager is like being a kid on top chef. I appreciate all the patience and help from him and cy property management!
