Chase Courtyard complex have been so helpful for me and my dogs back in 2020 moving in. Helping me with all my maintenance needs and making me feel good about decisions I make. If you need a first apartment to live in that is pet friends and really conveniently place
near good grocery stores and near downtown Eugene and Springfield I really recommend moving here. I met the most amazing people here that were my neighbors too. I even got a farewell gift 🎁😭 thank you to the staff and to the property owners for approving me to live here. Will miss you!

I signed a year lease here as a student with my fiancé and we had the best experienced! It’s was perfect for us. The girls in the lobby are the best and really help you feel right at home on day one. I graduated and it’s time for me to
go back home in California but if I could stay I WOULD!

We moved to Chase Courtyard in September, and it has been a wonderful experience. Living in a college town, we were nervous moving into an apartment complex, but we have been pleasantly surprised! The complex is clean, quiet almost 24/7, and a great place to call home. The office and
maintenance people are wonderful and we renewed our lease the moment we had the opportunity!

Alyssa in the front office is not welcoming or friendly. I went to make a simple maintenance request and she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I am a current resident- management and staff are AMAZING, love them. Quiet, clean building and amenities are always working. LOVE the in-unit laundry.
I docked a few stars because parking is not great, i truly wish they would lower the price considering i pay 1600+ for 600sq. feet…. just about
the only reason i will not be resigning.
