Don't live here. The pool was practically closed all summer, the printer was always broken, the matinence guys took foreverrrrrr to fix anything. The hallways were always covered with dog hair. Dogs pooped EVERYWHERE, and no one picked up after them. Upstairs neighbors were rude af and constantly jumped on
the floor being noisy, how is anyone supposed to be chill with that. The staff was rude and cold towards tenants, especially poc. Had a friend who lived here too. So don't live here if you want to be treated like garbage and not taken care of. Trash 0/100

Chase Courtyard complex have been so helpful for me and my dogs back in 2020 moving in. Helping me with all my maintenance needs and making me feel good about decisions I make. If you need a first apartment to live in that is pet friends and really conveniently place
near good grocery stores and near downtown Eugene and Springfield I really recommend moving here. I met the most amazing people here that were my neighbors too. I even got a farewell gift 🎁😭 thank you to the staff and to the property owners for approving me to live here. Will miss you!

I signed a year lease here as a student with my fiancé and we had the best experienced! It’s was perfect for us. The girls in the lobby are the best and really help you feel right at home on day one. I graduated and it’s time for me to
go back home in California but if I could stay I WOULD!

Complex feels incredibly safe, maintenance request filled within 3 days every time I have put one in. Bus straight to UO makes my commute 15 minutes!
