home. I received a tour of a 3x2 and it was larger than the 3x1 house I had just moved out of. I could write so much about my 3 years here but take a tour and see for yourself.
see moresent to me to sign. Basically, once you sign the agreement and send over your $200, if you don't take the apartment offered, even if it doesn't match your preferences, Chase keeps your $200 deposit. It's a total scam. Plus, everything is an up-charge. It's like you're renting an apartment from a cheapskate restaurant. You want a guaranteed parking spot? You want washer/dryer in unit? You want a specific apartment style? Everything is an up-charge. Your $1400 apartment becomes $1600 in a few minutes. Seems like a great place. But it's shady and likely low-quality for a high price.

Can screw/nail into walls Cons- Parking can be a pain if u come home late u may have to walk a little to and from ur car Small toilets Very hot water weird shower temperature controller (we have nearly burnt ourselves multiple times, this may be just an issue with us Chase is going to look into it.) see moreThey will not respond back to you, or if they do, it takes so long that other issues will arise before they can be bothered to help. Our garage was broken into, walls smashed, and hundreds of dollars worth of things stolen. Their response? "You have renters insurance, right?" When I ask to speak with someone after being upset, I am told a manager will reach out... month later, I still never heard from anyone. Safety and security?? not here cause even though they know about the break in (and us not being the only one) when a issue stops the garages from being able to lock and close property they still have not fixed it in almost a month leading to another theift from our garage. Out over $1000 in personal items and feel completely ignored. Their lack of atteniveness is not an isolated instance as when the weather was below 50, we went a full week before we could get someone to come replace a broken heater. I guess this is the "lifestyle we deserve," right?
