This is an excellent place to live if you are a continuing student at the University of Oregon. Even though the path to campus is a bit far, it’s still worth it as you get to experience a lovely ride through Alton Baker Park. I love the gym and balcony
view here. I would highly recommend.

This place is Incredible. The amenities are top notch with no detail overlooked. The Staff is so welcoming and patient with new move ins. We moved our daughter to the flats from San Diego it was so refreshing that the complex is secure and walking distance to Autzen Stadium. We
just know our daughter is going to love it here! Grace was absolutely Fabulous over the last few months helping us make The Flats at Chase our home! Go Ducks!

Good value for the price. Plenty of amenities and helpful staff. Can be rowdy if you are unprepared to live with college students.

Love living here! The staff are super accommodating and the amenities are super modernized. Maintenance replies quickly and the community is overall super peaceful!

I love living at flats at chase! My apartment is amazing, with great appliances and beautiful furniture. The staff are very helpful and the location feels much safer than other campus apartments. I definitely recommend!
