I used to absolutely love living at the llc. Until, in 2023, multiple construction projects began through the campus. I get woken up by construction noises multiple times throughout the night, every single night. I wish I knew about this before deciding to live here again for another year. It
should not be so expensive when we basically live in a construction zone.

I lived here for two semesters, and the apartments are beautiful. They're very spacious and have lots of windows that let in lots of light. They're super close to many of the buildings on USU campus as well. You get a meal plan along with the apartment, and the food
is amazing. The food is found at a buffet style restaurant that serves all sorts of food. It's also nice to be so close to lots of people all around my age. I made so many friends that year because of it. It also has covered parking that's located directly underneath the apartments. The only clincher is that the apartments (and everything that comes with them) are pricey, but you get what you pay for. I'd have definitely stayed there to finish out my degree if it had been less expensive.

I enjoyed living here during my first year of college.
Pros: very nice/new high quality apartments; shared kitchen/lobby area encourages social interaction; very close to classes, dining, etc
Cons: more expensive than other on-campus housing; having the kitchen outside your room means you have to carry things back and forth;
you can hear your roommates through the walls Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend the LLC to anyone who is willing to pay the extra money for a great experience.

Wish a meal plan wasn't required, nice building, good location, I like that there's 2 bathrooms in one dorm
