people would come tour they would have to walk up 5 flights of stairs (elevator doesn’t work), walk through dirty hallways (don’t clean the common areas or hallways so dust gathers everywhere), and would immediately be met with the smell of something rotting in the lobby. If I could convince them to move forward with the process, the manager was never in the office during the posted hours and does not respond to emails or texts. Do not live here. You pay too much for too little. Not to mention the change in staff multiple times this year. First manager was arrested, the second one had to step down due to health issues, and now we are on our third. The change in management has left a mess and nothing is correct or gets done in a timely manner.

clean unless multiple people request it, and even then it takes weeks for it to get cleaned. Impossible to get ahold of anyone as no one is hardly in the office. The elevator breaks on the fifth floor for weeks at a time. Wouldn’t recommend living here.

and fix it. Our floorboards had water coming up from underneath and they kept saying they “fixed it” but it wasn’t fixed. Turns out our sewage pipes have been leaking and there is mold growing and smells. 10/10 would not recommend living here.

I had to rely on my roommates leaving their rooms unlocked so I could use their bathrooms multiple times. Dishwasher and oven were always breaking and we went over a week one time without being able to cook. Also took over a month to get my security deposit back.
