The apartments are decently priced for the condition they are in. The management is very friendly, I love the new manager Brooklyn. She is quick to respond. The maintenance is quick to be done when you put in requests.

This is my experience so far:
I just signed a lease for the upcoming year, and Brooklyn was super friendly, understanding, and helpful throughout the whole process! I also toured the property before I signed, and it was pretty nice. This seems like a good place to live.

Concept property management has been extremely difficult and slow with maintenance. One of our bathrooms did not have any hot water for a long time, the parking lot has very poor snow removal, and apartment received new furniture without removing the old furniture so it has just sat in our
kitchen with no place to go. Not worth the price.

Management has been so helpful! I’m really clueless sometimes and have locked myself on multiple occasions and they have been so willing to help!!!
