I have called their emergency maintenance line, gone to the office multiple times, and they just keep telling me “i’ll have someone come take a look but it will most likely not be fixed right away” We are in the middle of a heat wave and it’s unbearable to even be in here. I have an ESA with a heart condition and being in a hot room, panting 24/7 is incredibly bad for his health. If you can avoid this place do it at all costs. Unfortunately that’s not the only thing I’ve had to deal with. I have gotten harassed and followed by my roommates. Yet they have done nothing about it. Notes have been left on my bedroom door, and on my car. I asked them to pull surveillance footage so I could report that to the police and they simply ignored me and never replied to my concerns. My roommates have moved and tampered with my personal belongings and they have not done anything to fix the issue in fact they threatened to write me a lease violation because my dog was being too loud when I was not home yet I had only moved in 2 days prior. The girls at the office are useless and rude. I had a roommate steal my dog camera and the office “talked to her” and told me there was nothing I could do about it because I had nothing to prove it. I can’t wait to no longer live here. The staff are friends with people who live here and they are biased. I failed cleaning “checks” simply because my previous roommate was friends with the girl at the front office and she didn’t like me. They threatened to charge me for my vent not being cleaned but it was that same way when I had moved in a month prior. The switched management and it’s still just as bad if not worse than it was before. They respond to maintenance request just to dismiss them and not fix the issue. Our washer and dryer broke and we spent over a month without it. Our fridge broke and they kept saying “it had been fixed” until our food started to go bad and then they finally replaced it after 5 months with an old fridge. My roommates were disgusting at my previous apartment and just filthy.I had sent them many pictures showing them the issue and they only told me “we can’t force anyone to clean, it’s a team effort in the common living spaces all we can do is a cleaning check to see if you guys pass”. They were always loud after 11pm when people were trying to sleep and the office never did anything regarding complaints. Overall an awful experience and nothing but headaches and issues. Your car will get broken into or booted because they can’t properly explain parking passes. I want my money back for my rent this past month AT THE VERY LEAST is all they can do since they won’t give a damn or be bothered to come fix our AC unit. There is no reason they charge us $700+ for a private room in a unit with mold where the AC is constantly going out in the middle of a heat wave. I expect this to be resolved and some sort of compensation. It’s been a living hell and a nightmare. There is soooo much more I could go on about but you get the point.

into corners. While I was living there, they would constantly change the parking rules, laundry, and cleaning checks. Since the change in parking rules, I was booted twice because of miscommunication. Halfway through the year, management but a mentally unstable person into the apartment. We had previous interactions with this person that always ended in complaints to management. Due to this person's mental illness, management couldn't do anything for us. As an apartment we continued to enlightened them on the situation we were living in and time after time our complaints were shoved under the rug. It was a very frustrating situation. This person made the apartment a toxic and dangerous environment. I would suggest living someplace else that won't screw you over.

A friend called me on the fourth floor to help with a fire that was because of a fan left on too long and it was completely over the water source (seen in photo below after the fire). It was not moved. Carpets were fixed by adding in another square of another similar carpet instead of tearing out the entire carpet that had a urine smell from the previous owner. Our kitchen flooded because of pipe issues. Lights were fixed by maintenance but went out multiple times after, so we just dealt with them being out. Corners were cut, it felt like, and charging more became the focus on laundry & fees in general. I would not move here or recommend it to a student or friend. Yet, another positive note is the space of the rooms that are convenient for large gatherings.

many times to go clean the apartment and fix what needs to be fixed and still nothing after almost 3 weeks! The rent was already due again and I have paid only to receive another charge for late payment even though it was paid on time! They have ZERO management! I have sent emails which I go no response, called and could not leave a message because the answering machine is full and nobody picks up.... Ridiculous!!!

The staff are very kind and polite here, And are always willing to work with you on any problems You may have. most rooms have balconies or porches which is something I enjoy. Spacious rooms most, which are somewhat furnished and very clean. Although they may be stripped on their cleaning guidelines. Who would you rather live with? A stinky roommate or a clean roommate? I'd much rather have to keep a clean house in order to live. Somewhere nice, such as these apartments. If anyone has something bad to say about these apartments, it is not because These apartments are bad, It is because someone had a bad experience and wants others to have sympathy. I will give university towers a five out of five star rating.
