This is a great apartment for the price! The kitchen is nice and the management does a good job. The bathroom is a little small and the parking situation isn't great, but aside from that I have no complaints.

The apartment was terrible when we moved in. There was no shower nob, lots of lights did not work or were bunt out, our vacuum did not work, our dish washer smells really bad every time we used it, and we had to buy our own microwave when every other
apartment in this complex had one. I would not recommend living here. They charge way too much for the low quality apartment. Other apartments are way nicer and less money.

Good place to live. Not too bad for the rent, and all the appliances were functional. The dryers were having issues last semester but they fixed them after a couple weeks.

I love living here. In fact, I love it so much that after moving out I bought the next contract that came available and moved back in again. The kitchens and bathrooms are recently renovated and nice. The owner is nice and the management company does a fine job. Also,

Our apartment was recently renovated. I rented it sight-unseen (which is very risky) but it turned out to be awesome. The apartments are not very big, but they do the job.

Great location, 10/10 would recommend, Responsive management
Excellent affordable BYU contracted housing. South of campus, close to everything you need. It may not have all the bells and whistles of other complexes but for the price, it’s a good value. Great guys and great neighbors in the complex.
