Would give no stars if possible. The office was regularly hard to get a hold of and often unhelpful. You pay way too much for the quality you get. The parking situation is not good unless you want to overpay for underground. Live anywhere else. The only good thing is

its location to campus, but you can find way better places with this good location.

Got a call that I needed to call back to have a check reissued, they didn’t answer out of the many times I called them. I then drove from Salt Lake to Provo to talk to them in person and the office wouldn’t let me in because they had a

“meeting” that was going on for another 45 minutes. They were extremely rude. This is just one experience and I can go on and on about how when I moved in the room was filthy, how unprofessional their office is, the wait times on service requests, the added on costs for simple things, All of it. You could not pay me to live here again.

Checking in at the office went smoothly enough, but actually moving stuff in was difficult. There’s no elevators, and when I finally got to my room, it was dirty.

The complex are Convenient and Refreshing. Tanner was the best & Super Helpful! Maintenance is the best. Highly recommend for anyone moving to this area :)

This apartment complex is so not worth the money do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. When my roommates and I moved in the entire place was dirty from the people before i’m sure they got charged a cleaning fee but yet management did nothing about it

before we moved in. I myself and all of my roomates are getting charged $150 for said wall damage but we didn’t cause any wall damage if they are talking about the beaten up walls that were already there before any of us moved in then why is that our responsibility to pay for?? Don’t move in here you’ll just be waiting for all their hidden fees they are scamming you with.

Poor management, Overpriced, Would not live here again
Terrible place to live. They don’t up keep the units and they have zero ventilation . I would have rather lived in my car. I have never seen worst management in my life.
