Safe, Great location, Good maintenance
Great spot! Awesome people in the complex, lots of social opportunities if you're interested. Each apartment only gets two parking spots, so that was a little tricky to balance at some times. In unit washer and dryer was great. Management was okay, responded to work orders pretty fast but other
stuff took a while. Overall it's a solid place right by campus, which was nice.

The actual living space is great. Very large living room, kitchen area, and two bathrooms made

In the apartment I lived, rent was very low in the summer and higher in the school year. Rent varied by apartment because of different landlords. Quality of apartment varied accordingly.
Management

Each apartment is owned and managed by an individual landlord, so my landlord was great. She
was elderly, so communication wasn't prime, but it was worlds better than a management company.

The apartments are spacious, and feel like a sweet home from the 80s. Parking was free
as long as you got a parking pass quickly, but they only gave out as many as there were parking spots.
