Liberty Square | Provo, UT
Nestled in the vibrant south-campus area, Liberty Square boasts an alluring charm that entices residents seeking a home that offers a balanced lifestyle. You’ll be thrilled to discover a bustling social scene that transcends race, background, and interests. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is the perfect backdrop for making new connections and forging lifelong friendships. It’s got great amenities, a great location, a great social scene, and a great price. It’s just a really fantastic place!
Location
Located at 556 N 400 E in Provo, that puts you only a few blocks south of BYU campus ( 16 minute walk to the HBLL to be exact). It’s nice to know you’re so close, especially when you’re dragging yourself to the 8:00 am American Heritage class every Tuesday morning (gives me goosebumps just thinking about it). Anyways, you’re also just a short walk to a lot of other Provo highlights: J-Dawgs , Cupbop, Brooker’s Ice Cream, Dirty Bird Provo Hut, and of course… VASA. With this prime location, you’ll always be right in the center of the action. Or at least within walking distance😉.
Floor Plans and Pricing
Liberty Square offers a wide variety of floor-plans to it’s residents. Let’s take a look at what you have to choose from:
Adams 2: The one bedroom and one bathroom option is perfect if you only want one roommate. It’t 504 square feet total, and only costs $494 a month.
Concord 4: This layout has two shared bedrooms and one full bathroom with two exterior sinks, and is 928 square feet. Each room has their own desk, so having a space to do your homework will never be an issue. These spots cost $430 a month.
Yorktown 4: Similar to the Concord 4, the Yorktown 4 is a two floor apartment that offers two shared rooms and two bathrooms, along with a living room and kitchen. Each spot is $440 a month.
Yorktown 5: If you’re looking for a place to room with more of your friends and with a lot of extra space, the Yorktown 5 option might be for you. The apartment is 1130 square feet, has two bedrooms (one 2-bed and one 3-bed), a shared bathroom with two exterior sinks, and a really big living room and kitchen. Each spot is $430 a month.
Freedom 4: This is the most popular floor plan, and for good reason. There are two shared bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a great living area and kitchen. Fighting over the bathroom will never be a problem, and there won’t be too many people crowding the apartment. It’s a great balance. Each room costs $460 a month.
Plymouth 4: Basically a townhome built into Liberty Square, it comes with two shared bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs, while downstairs hosts another bathroom, kitchen, and spacious living area to relax with your friends. Each spot is $465.
Adams 4: Very similar to the Plymouth 4, the Adams 4 is also a two shared bedroom townhome. However, this layout has two full bathrooms on the second floor, as well as a half-bathroom on the first floor. Getting ready for the day will never feel easier, and there will be plenty of room to watch The Bachelor finale in the living area. Each spot is $480.
Marshall 4: Once again, very similar to the Adam 4 and Plymouth 4. A shared two bedroom townhome, 2.5 bath, and spacious living room and kitchen to cap off the apartment. $485 a spot.
Madison 6: This is one of the largest apartments offered. With three shared rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a tub and one with just a shower), two external sinks, and a living room and pantry. These are $450 a spot.
Freedom 6: At 1206 square feet, there is plenty of space for you and 5 of your friends. Once again, 3 shared rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a great pantry and living room. These are $480 a spot.
Virginia 6: Essentially the same as the Freedom and Madison 6, with a slightly different arrangement of the rooms. These are $465 a spot.
Just in case you were wondering, here are a few close up pictures of what the apartments look like inside:

Management and Quality
They say that management can make or break an apartment living experience, so let’s see what some of the Liberty Square residents have to say about the owners:
They’ve always been available when I need them! The office is open all the time and they have yummy treats, haha. They’re always hosting events and they’re really good at keeping everyone updated with announcements and stuff. Maintenance has always fixed the problems we needed them to!

Management always responds super quickly whenever you have a problem. They take care of it ASAP and they take care of any damage that might have happened due to the problem.
As far as the quality goes, here’s what one resident said:
There is plenty enough storage. The closets are huge, there is a hall closet. There are cupboards in the hallway. There is a bathroom closet and a pantry to store all you need. There is also space underneath the beds. Everything has just been specially clean and remodeled too.
Good Owners? Check. Good Quality? Check.
The Social Scene
Lib-Square might be one of the most social apartments you could live at while going to BYU. Management frequently hosts activities, and the complex is known for having very social, fun people. But don’t just take our word for it, here’s what some of the residents had to say:
When I moved here I went to 6 different peoples apartments I had never met in 2 weeks. The complex hosts parties all the time too!

The social scene here is so so fun. People are always out in the courtyard, the stake is so close-knit and I’m surprised at how many normal and fun people are in the ward, haha. Everyone talks to everyone and there’s always a game night or a party going on. So close to all the other big Provo hotspots, too.
And another:
One of my favorite things about this complex is how social it is. There are always so many parties they host each month and there are so many ways to have fun and meet new people through the many things they have here.
There you have it folks. It’s a great place to expand your social circle, there are a ton of different room layouts to fit your needs and budget, the amenities are spot-on, and it has an unbeatable location.
