Parking here is SO BAD if you don’t have a parking spot. A lot of the spots in the parking garage are so so small because there is a concrete beam between them. Not designed well at all. Finding a place to park at night if you are a visitor
is horrible since there are limited visitor parking spots, which are also so small. And any street parking is nonexistent since it is taken up by other complex tenants around. Consider the parking situation.

Very nice apartments. Great amenities and private rooms. It is close to campus as well. The one issue is parking. Spaces in the underground complex are extremely limited and the spaces themselves are tiny, barely large enough for a mid-size car. Attempt to park at your own risk.

Great location, Worth the money, 10/10 would recommend
I’ve loved this apartment! Maintenance has been pretty good as well. I like the hot tub and pool amenities, but especially love how close it is to BYU! It’s made my experience at school so much easier

Not terrible but I’m moving next year. It’s like a solid B-. I’ve heard the social is great on non covid years. The spacious aspect of the place is great. It just needs some remodeling for what we pay. Parking is really tough too n

Pretty run down. In dire need of new flooring and paint. Some of the furniture is
kind of beat up. Again, not terrible, but nothing special. Wifi is unbearably awful. Parking is a challenge. There’s a garage under but it’s super tiny spaces that lots of cars can’t fit in. Laundry in unit is great. It is also 2 stories with a loft, which is super nice to have 2 living spaces.
