Worth the money, 10/10 would recommend, Great location
I’ve loved living here! This is my third consecutive year living here and I only left because I graduated. The location is ideal, the ward is awesome, and there’s an in-unit washer and dryer. There are only two dedicated parking spaces for each apartment, so with four people per apartment,
someone usually has to find street parking. I’ve never had to park more than a few blocks away under the worst of parking situations. 10/10 would recommend.
Some of the apartments were way overpriced for what you get, because each apartment is run by a different management company. When I left they were gonna charge $450 a month for a spot in a shared bedroom (Mountain View Management). You get 2 parking spaces per apartment, which can
be nice. I did get bike parts stolen when I looked up my bike in the basement garage. The walls are super thin, I could hear my neighbors talking and playing music at all hours. Utility bills were very expensive, I think it was because the windows are very old so you can't keep the apartment cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Overpriced as usual. At the end of my contracted they increased the price by $55 a
month so I left. I shared a room with a friend who graduated, utility bill was expensive and the windows were very thin which allowed temperature to fluctuate with AC or heater on 24/7. Also you can hear your neighbors talking, the walls could be basically made of paper.

Victoria Place 2! There are two different ones. I loved this place mainly for the location and ward. Great!! Also, washer and dryer in unit plus parking.

Worth the money, Great location, Responsive management
Wish they had more parking, they only have two spots assigned to each apartment. Really good ward and great place to live. Not many amenities, but close to campus.

Overall a great apt, very clean and well furnished by MVM. I moved away one year to condo row but came back because you can’t beat the area, ward, and parking.

Only giving them three because of Covid so not sure what it’s like normally. But I’ve
