someone usually has to find street parking. I’ve never had to park more than a few blocks away under the worst of parking situations. 10/10 would recommend.

see morebe nice. I did get bike parts stolen when I looked up my bike in the basement garage. The walls are super thin, I could hear my neighbors talking and playing music at all hours. Utility bills were very expensive, I think it was because the windows are very old so you can't keep the apartment cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
see moreprivate owners. I rented my place with Mountain View Management, they are really good but their apartments are overpriced.
see moremonth so I left. I shared a room with a friend who graduated, utility bill was expensive and the windows were very thin which allowed temperature to fluctuate with AC or heater on 24/7. Also you can hear your neighbors talking, the walls could be basically made of paper.
