Good maintenance, 10/10 would recommend, Great location
Loved living here! Great ward environment, most apartments are privately owned, had a cute backyard and reserved parking, and was super close to campus!

Always lots of ward activities, but no amenities meant that if you didn’t participate in those
I lived in two apartments here, one managed by Legend and the other by Mountain View.
Legend is great! They just have lots of fees, but the overall monthly price stays consistent. Mountain View was good, but lately I’ve heard of friends having problems with them selling their contracts out from under them and not letting them renew.
Guaranteed parking and a short walk to campus has made living here really convenient. The apartment is well furnished and the wooden floors help keep it nice.

Not a lot of parties, or at least ones that are disruptive. Most residents are nice

Once I moved to Windsor, I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else. It's practically in the middle of Provo, so it's close to the Provo canyon, Orem, and campus. It's also next to fun restaurants and CVS, so there's lots going on.

Windsor is a mix of people from all different parts of life—most are single, some are
married, and some even have kids. We don't have a space to gather or a pool or anything, but we're close enough to Alpine and Glenwood where you can just use their social options.
Honestly, I do like this place. This is my second year living here. It’s comfortable and so close to campus. Again, very nice furniture and other appliances in the apartment. Feels like a little home.

Ngl, I barely know who my neighbors are. If you go to the ward that consists
of this apartment, you can get to know them. But I go to a different ward off campus, and this haven’t had the opportunity to meet people here. They all kinda stick to themselves.

I’ve been really impressed with the niceness of the individual apartments. Most of the residents are somewhat older students which keeps the noise and problems to a minimum (sorry freshmen).

Plenty of game night and comings and going.

The management has been awesome. They send emails every couple months to let us know about
cleanings or other updates and for the rest of the time they leave us alone.

Windsor Park is the perfect place if you're looking for privacy and in-unit laundry. It is a mix of being close to everything you need, but still off-set and quiet. All of the apartments are private rooms, and in each apartment there is one master bedroom and on-suit bath. Overall
if you already have friends established? It's a great place to be. If you're an incoming freshman? I'd go somewhere more social. Perfect for anyone who wants to live somewhere in Provo that's nice, but not overwhelming.
Pretty decent. There are some bad ones though. Overall would recommend.
