this is a maintenance rating. Luke was a great maintenance man, who went above what was asked! he came to fix a bathroom sink, and left having fixed both bathroom sinks, and the tub drain. he was very quick and effective with the job. i definitely recommend him for any

maintenance issues!

Awful experience with them. To start off they don't offer enough parking spaces for their tenants. And when asking what I could do since I have an injured leg about what I can do about parking they said they couldn't help me. Ended up getting a parking ticket due to

parking overnight in a parking lot. During winter semester power would go out a few times throughout the semester. Barely any fridge space. Just all around not great management paired with bad housing. Parking Lot is awful and in major need of repair. The recently 'upgraded' wifi suck, and power frequently cuts out.

I love this place ! It’s not super expensive which is great. It’s adorable and it feels like home because of how everything is set up. I just love it and I am most likely going to spend the rest of my college experience here. There is a ton of

storage in the rooms and Kicken. I love how close it is to the campus. I recommend getting street parking at the police department you will have better luck getting parking there. You have a place to wash and dry your clothes. Not much to complain about at all

American Avenue is an awesome place to live!! Great Management, Great location, Overall well kept. Maintenance is always super fast once you put a request in. This is my second semester at BYU-Idaho and at American Avenue! I plan on living here my whole college career!♥️

Decent apartments and really close to the art and nursing buildings. It’s like a 2 minute walk but only like a minute walk from the campus. One of the cheapest places in Rexburg but is really nice for the price! My only real complaint would be the size of the

rooms are kinda small and for six girls there is only one fridge which complicates things when everyone wants to cook at home. Otherwise I’ve really enjoyed living here!
