passed my clean check, I've told them somethings I'm being fined for I understand cause I didn't clean the couch like I should have, but everything else I cleaned and was told that I passed. I think they're expectations for white glove checks are absurd for a place that's falling apart and doesn't look nice in the first place.

sold she was then forced to Change her contract to a shared last minute, she went in with an open mind hoping for a better change but was met with an verbally aggressive roommate despite this she did her best to be the bigger person and not let this person tear her down. Shes largely concerned for her heart condition and the fear she might have some worsening issues due to the heat she was lead to Believe that AC was an amenity (only heat is apparently) She has a contract for the summer and is trying to get out of it desperately with no current success.. she hopes that having me post this will open managements eyes and let her free of it… its not safe apartment for anyone with existing health conditions (unless your staying in the winter) avoid a year contract with them at all costs… If the management truly cares about its residents health they will Release Her from this contract.. Also i should add as her current flat mats are trying to get out of their leases it was aaid “cancellation” is $150!! like at most others its $10-50 not $150 honestly with how much they are making her charge you would expect AC its seriously a health code violation not having any AC… Makes me wonder are they pocketing the majority of the funds??? Like their are so many repairs that need to be made as well.. im scared for my friends mental heath safety and her medical conditions if she continues to stay at this complex… Shes mentioned to me where its gotten so bad she had scary negative thoughts ab herself and plans to act on said thoughts .. im extremely concerned for her well being.. i do hope they let her go from this contract

I stayed they would call the police! Above all they are all racist!!! I had to call my new apartment and they are letting me go there earlier!! The treatment was so different! This is not all! The apartment that I lived always had problems. Only 4 dryers works and the washers are GROSS! They NEVER CLEAN! They are so willing to give you a bunch of fees but do not do the things they SHOULD BE DOING! Horrible place! I have several friends leaving for the same reason!!
