if I would say party central. The mens housing has pretty nice tv’s which is a huge bonus for the price of the apartment. Also the laundry machines were recently updated and they are also free which is a lifesaver. The only thing that is a down sided is that the rooms only have one desk. The parking passes are limited and a tad expensive but it you sign up early the discount covers the parking pass. Management is very well accommodating and pleasant to work with. They respond to questions and maintenance request very quickly! If you are willing to sacrifice not living at the cedars or north point this apartment is unbeatable for the price and location on campus. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!

break work opportunities are also great since rent is free and you get paid for your work as well. Great choice if you are looking for places to stay at while you work as a student. As for living conditions, that is really going to come down to how lucky you get with the roommate lottery pull. In some apartments you will easily notice who was taught to pick up their messes at home. In some others you will see people who are perfectly content with living like hoarders. I’ve been fortunate enough to not have to deal with people who I couldn’t “put up with,” but I could definitely understand and sympathize with anyone else who has gotten it less fortunate.
