a washer and dryer machine at home for the cost of $20 a month you loose your storage space in the apartment. The rent recently went up which would be fine if some improvements were made

see moreand dryer but we found cheap ones on Marketplace because it does come with hookups. When we used the laundry facility it was also really good and not too expensive. They are good at plowing snow in the winter. And the apartment feels like a community! If you are LDS, the ward is wonderful, we have loved it!

see moreissues. The internet is terrible, which is probably the biggest downside of living here. Everything else is good. I've loved living here and would definitely recommend this place.
