I don’t know about everyone, but I did not have a good time here and would recommended another place for guys looking for housing. Proximity: It is close to part of campus, but not that much. You are only close to the I-Center which is nice for devotional, but if you

have classes in the Smith building or the STC it might be best to get a bike or find a place with a shuttle. Social: The people here are “friendly” and will simile and say hi, but it doesn’t energy like Navoo, or The Landing. Só environment is such that making new friends is low, but maintaining current friendships is quite possible! Open areas are quite cozy. 3/5 Apartment: The apartment has a washer, dyer, 2 fridges, and during winter has plenty of parking. The issues come from the apartment being out dated. Many places don’t have washable paint, the parking lot is in disrepair and you might bottom out your car, and in general it could use a face lift. 2/5 Management and Clean checks: They are quick to sign up and are very helpful in getting you all the proper paperwork however from my experience this is when the help starts to diminish. It takes a while to get things fixed. My sink and bathroom drain were clogged and it took a few weeks to get it fixed. It is highly likely that you will be nickeled and dimed if you try and leave and go to another apartment. (In the bathroom picture below I was charged $40 for that bathroom being dirty) 1/5

Not a bad place to live! Very cozy, good people, love the ward! The A/C units in the windows are super loud and have their quirks. But management is helpful if you work with them not against them(pretty on par). :)

I absolutely enjoyed my time here! It is very social and management and top notch. The apartments themselves are kept in really good condition and they respond quickly to maintenance request. The second floor and first floors are very social and well worth living on either floors.

Wouldn't recommend living here. Management always seemed bothered if I came into the office to ask any questions. Not sure if they were or not. AC units were promised by the time the snow melted, but wasn't installed until weeks after that when it was getting hot. Upon leaving, management charged me and

my roommates $18 each from our security deposit for "damaged blinds." The picture they sent showed a blind slightly askew, not broken or damaged. It could easily have been pushed back into place, and I doubt the money will be used to purchase new blinds anyway. I attached a picture of the so-called "broken" blinds. This is my main issue. Not much hope for any of BYU-Idaho's approved housing. I've seen worse, but I've also seen much better. Do better, colonial.

I haven't been here for too long, but the few weeks that I have been here it has been absolutely amazing! Awesome environment, great location (especially being so close to campus), and the actual apartments are really quite nice! If you're looking for a nice place to stay, Colonial House

is a great option!:) Plus, El from management is absolutely amazing and super friendly/helpful! 😁
