Great place to live. I have spent the last two years here and have no complaints. It is 30 seconds from campus and the people are awesome.

I’ve lived at other complexes that were really nice but I felt like I was over paying for what I was getting in return. On the other hand, Delta phi is great for its price and has everything a normal college student would need. It’s super close to campus, it
has free laundry, it has a lounge for playing games, watching movies, or just hanging out with friends, and it doesn’t hurt that management is super friendly and helpful.

These apartments are absolutely breathtaking for the price, they are close to campus and have a lot of space. The beds are super comfortable and the management is super chill (they have food and treats for us all the time). Heating heats up super quick and the bathroom counters have
tons of space. There is an Xbox lounge too so that’s super cool!

Delta Phi is a great place to live!! The location is hard to beat. Minor repairs to the complex get looked at quickly and the managers are really good at communicating. The apt I'm currently in is a tad small but my needs are taken care of.

Tbh it’s not a bad price, however, management is pretty poor and the apartments are extremely small. I’ve been living here for two semesters and have had nothing but problems. I wouldn’t recommend living here.
