$1,050 and for what? Our apartment didn’t grow we still had the tiny square foot that didn’t change. And nothing change with management, they didn’t do anything for residents. Management barely did anything for anyone, when it snows I get it, it’s Rexburg it’s awful. But the parking lot is so dangerous with how thick they let the ice build up and they don’t go through with salt or anything, even in single housing they would at least try and clean the parking lot from the snow. And the road leading up to Eden and masa falls is ridiculous with everyone parking on both sides. If you’re looking for management that actually cares and wants you have a good place to live, I’d suggest somewhere else. Eden is fine, the appliances are cheap, break easily, when we first moved in, they barely cleaned it. We spent weeks cleaning a brand new apartment because it wasn’t actually clean well, but for me it was only fine because my husband and I were the first people to live in our apartment.

even though I had said in voicemail that I needed to get back in touch with the manager . When she finally called me back I said, "I know the manager isn't available now because you guys are about to close for the day. I had been calling after just getting off the phone in order to reach her. I even left voicemails." She replied, "I noticed". IF YOU NOTICED THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME BACK. She was very smart with me. Also, do not expect to get your deposit back EVER! Minor wear and tear that THEY should be taking care of are things that they end up charging YOU for. I am done with these people. I not only lost my deposit, but also had to pay them MORE money. Do not rent from them.

Maintenance requests are fulfilled almost immediately after submission unlike most places out here. For all those complaining about the price, you get what you pay for. My wife and I like the hot tubs, gym option, and our garage we get to rent out here for our SUV. I have dealt with cheaper complexes out here and honestly Eden makes them seem like a complete joke. The sidewalks and even roads are plowed frequently and there have been no issues with paying rent. If you want a quality place to stay choose Eden. #screwpaddingtonplaceapartments
