write a check. I get that they are busy, but this is next level bad. We went nearly 3 months in winter without warm water and got nothing. I feel like management had no time for us. I get that they are students who are busy, but seriously, it got to the point where I just felt ignored. Not to mention, it's really overpriced for what you're getting.
see moreclothes when I washed them in the communal laundry room, thing just constantly break or are moldy and rusted over and will not be replaced anytime soon. They’ll also just shut off the water at random times and that means you can’t shower or do dishes or make food or anything for up to 6 hours at a time, and even when they fix it so you can have hot water again, it just doesn’t happen. It’s just such a bad place and the management won’t even do anything about it and says they’ll fix it soon and it won’t get fixed and will just send out a pointless email or say “sorry to hear about your bad experience” like they’ll probably do under this review. Just please save yourself the money and pain and just do not live here and go somewhere else.
see moremakes the room look messy all the time. One of my drawers was broken the whole time I was there and the room was super dirty when I moved in. It’s super overpriced, you can go to a much better place for what they charge here at Milano (1800$ a semester for the standard room, without parking spot) They don’t have A/C, they just install one during the summer months in the living room, but the rooms are scolding hot! I had to buy a fan and even then, I’d get headaches because my room was so hot. During the cold months we had cold water for like 2 months. The laundry room is nasty, super small and dirty. There are only like 10 washers and dryers in total, and they always made holes in my clothes. If you get there 10 minutes later after your load is done, people are gonna throw your clothes out of the washers, but again, it’s because there are only like 10 washers and dryers for both men and women The ward is okay, but don’t expect much. I have to say tho that the kitchen was really nice, and the living room was nice as well. You have a few amenities, and free laundry. They fix things super quick, and the managers are really nice, but overall it’s just not worth it. Do not recommend living here.
see more(in the middle of freaking winter). The amenities are mediocre at best. One plus is management can be pretty patient when it comes to rent payment.
