the window is a delightful feature. Jim, the manager, stands out as an awesome and friendly guy who creates a welcoming atmosphere. Unlimited laundry is a big plus, and the convenience of an indoor laundry room, especially in winter, is appreciated. While sharing a room with three people might be a concern for some, having good roommates can make the experience enjoyable. The limitation of not being able to open windows is noted, but the use of AC and kitchen fan for air circulation is a reasonable workaround. The small bathroom is a minor drawback. Tent is $1100-1300 sometimes they give $100 vending machine credit. Pinnacle Point overall offers a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

The icing on this horrendous cake is when I left after a semester despite being assured by the manager that I would get my deposit of 100$ back when I left but I never received it. There has been no attempt to right this wrong despite repeated calls and times reaching out. I would not recommend stay here even if you are truly desperate for something cheap. Wish I had stayed at my first apartment at Bountiful Place apartments cause over there you can actually have a nice time.
