see moretoo. Management is pretty helpful. The booting is insane though. Multiple people and times there has been instances where I or someone else will legit be parked to run into their apt to grab something be gone for maybe 2-3min and when they get back they’re getting booted idk if it’s just super unlucky timing or if they check the UV lot super often but it’s kind of ridiculous. Also the visitor parking not opening till 10am and only allowing parking for 2 hours are crazy. It’s almost like you don’t want us to have a social life and have friends over.

see moredon't work, hot water is always a gamble and the kitchen tables fit 3 people maximum comfortably. On a positive note, 4k TV is provided (though ours had a dead pixel) and each desk has built in Ethernet which is great.

They will make you wait long periods of time to even be seen. Emails are brief and never resolve the issues at hand. Worst management I’ve EVER encountered.
see moregrumpy. I do feel like it is a very functional apartment space wise. When there are 6 people the kitchen is tight. The carpet is super old and needs to be changed. The couches are very uncomfortable and small.
see moreopportunity to try and screw me over. After several weeks of living in my apartment, they tried to make me move into an apartment with a "service" cat despite me telling them over and over I am allergic. They demanded I show them proof of my allergies and I told them they needed to first prove that the cat was a legally licensed "service" cat. (They don't exist.) After that, they tried to charge me for damages to the apartment that are considered "usual wear and tear" under Idaho State's renter's rights. They only took those charges off when I threatened them with legal action.
