Best apartment complex! Includes free food Fridays and fun activities for residents. Also includes amenities such as washer and dryer, dishwasher, multiple work rooms, and an indoor gym. The front office staff are very kind and enthusiastic and festive. Overall, would recommend!

I absolutely love living here! Everyone is so friendly, and with it being so close to campus, I always get to class on time regardless of when I leave. Bonus, they have a shuttle! Not having a car up here is difficult, but with the shuttle able to take me

to campus and Walmart, it makes life so much easier! (Megan is my favorite)

It was good a bit hectic on moving day( because of a lot of people moving in) but appreciate the help from the UV staff. They were really kind and patient. All the activities and services provided by them are also amazing. Worth the expense.

University View has been a great place to live! Our trash gets taken out almost daily, we get free food weekly, there’s a gym, there is washer dryer in each apartment so that’s super nice, and the management is super nice. I also like their decorations for holidays. Also my

roommates are great!

I have lived here for two semesters and I love it! If you don't have a car the shuttles are super nice and I use them a lot! Parking is super limited so sign up ridiculously early to get a parking pass. They also have a lot of fun activities and my

ward is great!

Poor management, Would not live here again, Run down
Worst management that lies to get more contract sales. They are the most unprofessional people, complaining about residents in front of residents. Not enough parking, nothing has been updated, attracts residents who are homebodies and keep to themselves. Overpriced for what you get. But a very functional apartment for 6

people.

The management only cares about their personal image and will not listen or respond to you.

They will make you wait long periods of time to even be seen. Emails are brief and never resolve the issues at hand. Worst management I’ve EVER encountered.

Everything is old and breaking. All the appliances don’t match and break often. Maintenance is always

grumpy. I do feel like it is a very functional apartment space wise. When there are 6 people the kitchen is tight. The carpet is super old and needs to be changed. The couches are very uncomfortable and small.

Poor management, Would not live here again, Bad maintenance
I lived here my first semester as a student at BYUI. I will honestly say that I got out as fast as I could and it could not have been soon enough. I had problems with poor management, terrible maintenance, and awful roommates.

My apartment was riddled with maintenence issues that were never fixed. Likewise, management took every available

opportunity to try and screw me over. After several weeks of living in my apartment, they tried to make me move into an apartment with a "service" cat despite me telling them over and over I am allergic. They demanded I show them proof of my allergies and I told them they needed to first prove that the cat was a legally licensed "service" cat. (They don't exist.) After that, they tried to charge me for damages to the apartment that are considered "usual wear and tear" under Idaho State's renter's rights. They only took those charges off when I threatened them with legal action.

The apartments are dated and the hallways and apartments are dirty and noisy. The quality was

surprisingly bad for the cost.
